Saving Things You Find on the Web

PINTEREST, SPRINGPAD, EVERNOTE, AND CATCH 

Instead of bookmarking something you want to find or use from the web consider using Springpad or Pinterest . Both of these Web 2.0 Tools allow you to organize (create Boards or Create Notebooks and return to items, share items, provide links to items. 

Pinterest Is often use often used by women, general population for collecting images.  It has become more popular with educators and is especially unique for collecting images.

Tips for Using Hyperlinks

Hyperlinks

•  When inserting a hyperlink always copy and paste, and it should start http://  not www.

•  Use return after inserting the link become active, (it turns blue and is live.)

•  The hyperlink is  more appealing for a reader by changing the http address to the display name.  It is easy.

Go to the link, highlight and right click, choose Edit Hyperlink, change               Display Name to the word you want displayed.
